Gigi's Asian Chicken Salad |

You can use your own premade coleslaw or purchased creamy coleslaw for this. My grandma (Gigi) made this often as a side dish. Ingredients:
2 cups creamy coleslaw |
2 (6 ounce) cans chunk canned chicken, drained |
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
8 lettuce leaves |
1 cup crunchy chow mein noodles |
Directions:
1. Combine coleslaw, chicken, pineapple, ginger together. 2. Arrange lettuce leaves on individual plates. 3. Spoon mixture over lettuce. 4. Sprinkle each with chow mein noodles. |
