Giant Toffee Pecan Cookies

A big flavorful cookie full of chips, candy and nuts. Recipe from Land O Lakes.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
2/3 cup english toffee bits
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F Combine butter, brown sugar and sugar in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and toffee bits by hand.
2. Drop dough by 1/4-cupfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 11 to 16 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
3. TIP: Cookies will look underbaked in center but will continue to brown while cooling.
