Ingredients:
300 grams dark chocolate |
7 tbsp butter |
100 grams milk chocolate |
100 grams white chocolate |
1 cup flour |
3/4 cup light brown sugar |
Directions:
1. melt one third of dark chocolate in double boiler 2. add butter (at room temperature, diced) 3. add sugar and 1tsp vanilla 4. add flower mix gently 5. fold milk, white, and half of the remaining chocolate, in chunk into batter 6. spoon 12 mounds on two cookie sheets with parchment paper 7. press remaining chocolate chunks 8. bake at 350 for 12 |
