I found this years ago in a cookbook. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 quart ginger ale |
1 pint pineapple juice, plus 2oz |
16 ounces cranberry juice (1 bottle) |
ice ring |
1 pint frozen lemon ice |
Directions:
1. Chill ginger ale and fruit juices thoroughly. 2. Pour over ice ring in a punch bowl and float scoops of lemon ice on top. |
