Use Ghirardelli sweet ground chocolate and cocoa Ingredients:
1/4 cup margarine |
1/2 cup cocoa |
3 tbsp water |
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1 tsp pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in a large bowl in microwave. 2. Add water and stir. 3. Add chocolate and stir until thoroughly combined. 4. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on low until spreading consistency. Add one teaspoon of water at a time beating after each addition until consistency is right. |
