Gg's Flounder Pecan

Simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons pecans, chopped
1 lb flounder fillets
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish spread pecans and lightly spray them with oil (vegetable spray.).
3. Place under the broiler for 2 minutes, stirring twice, until golden. Make sure they don't scorch.
4. Lightly spray fillets with oil and arrange in a single layer over the pecans.
5. Pour lemon juice over and fish and sprinkle with paprika.
6. Broil 3 to 4 minutes until the thickest part of the fillet is opaque.
7. Remove fillets to individual plates or a large serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
