A creamy substitute for cream of wheat or malt'o'meal Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice |
1 (14 fluid ounce) can coconut milk (full-fat) |
1 1/4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Grind rice in a coffee grinder, blender, or magic bullet for 2 FULL minutes. 2. In a pan, mix together water, coconut milk, and rice powder. 3. Set on medium and stir constantly until thickened-15-20 minutes. 4. Serve with favorite toppings. 5. Freezes well, keeps in the fridge for 1 week. |
