gluten-free, wheat-free, yeast-free. These taste like rye bread. Ingredients:
3/4 cup rice flour |
1 cup soy flour |
3/4 cup potato starch |
1/2 cup sweet rice flour |
1/4 cup tapioca flour |
1 tablespoon xanthan gum |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
7 teaspoons baking powder |
3 tablespoons powdered milk |
400 ml water |
3 tablespoons oil |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 tablespoon caraway seed |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. 2. Warm water and mix with wet ingredients. 3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together thoroughly and spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done. |
