German Style Hot Chicken Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:
1/4 lb chicken, diced
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, diced
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Brown the chicken in a large and heavy skillet.
2. Whisk in the sugar and vinegar.
3. Stir in the cabbage and onions.
4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Cover and reduce the heat.
6. Simmer until the cabbage is tender (about 20 minutes).
7. Serve warm.
