Nice twist to having green beans for dinner. Great side dish! Ingredients:
3 slices bacon |
3 tablespoons chopped onions |
16 ounces green beans (drained) |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Fry bacon until crisp. 2. Drain and save approx 1 tbsp bacon drippings in skillet. 3. Add onion and sauté until tender. 4. Add beans. vinegar, and sugar. 5. Heat until hot. 6. Heat until hot. 7. Serve. |
