Ingredients:
1 quart(s) milk
2 envelope(s) yeast
1/4 cup(s) warm water
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
3 eggs plus 1 yolk
4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) butter crisco
12-15 cup(s) better for bread flour
2 tablespoon(s) water
Directions:
1. Heat milk to a boil set aside and cool
2. Combine yeast with warm water and sugar in small bowl- let dissolve
3. Beat until creamy:
4. eggs plus yolk, salt,sugar,crisco
5. Add yeast, mix well
6. Add 2 tablespoons water
7. Add 12-15 cups flour (depending on texture of dough-don't let dough get to hard) Alternate flour with milk
8. Let raise twice in a warm place
9. Form into med balls and place in a greased pan(9X14 or round cake pans) and let raise until double in size
10. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
11. Makes about 4 doz, depending on size of balls made
