1 kg potatoes |
salt, pepper |
4 tbs grated cheese, more if desired |
100 ml cream |
40 g flour |
30 g butter |
200 g leeks |
400 g smoked pork loin cubed ( or other smoked meat ) |
1 garlic clove |
chopped parsley as desired |
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes and cook about 15 minutes. 2. Fine chop garlic, cut washed leeks in rings, cut meat into cubes 3. Drain potatoes . 4. Cool and peel and thick slice or cut up 5. Meanwhile make a sauce by heating butter, adding flour, thinnning with cream. 6. Add the leeks, garlic, cheese and parsley to the sauce 7. Place potatoes in a caserole dish, cover with the cheese and vegetable sauce mixture. 8. Bake 200C about 15 to 20 minutes |
