Pancakes with a twist of German style!!! Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Melt butter in large iron skillet or griddle. 3. Pour in approximately 1/2 cup batter; tilt skillet to coat bottom. 4. When top of pancake is set, turn and brown other side. 5. Remove from pan. 6. Fold pancake in half, then half again. 7. Stack on platter until all batter is cooked. 8. Serve topped or filled with fresh or frozen berries. |
