250 g flour |
125 g sugar |
1 egg |
150 g butter |
1 can of peaches with juice |
1/2 liter white wine |
1 pkg vanilla pudding powder |
90 g sugar |
3 eggs, separated |
200 g sour cream |
Directions:
1. Make a crumbly muerbeteig dough from the flour ,butter, sugar and egg. 2. Press dough into a springform pan. 3. Drain peaches, arrange fruit over the dough 4. Add drained juice to the wine and bring to a boil 5. Stir in the pudding powder and mix well 6. Place the hot mixture over the peaches 7. Bake cake 175 C, 35 to 40 minutes 8. Meanwhile beat egg whites stiff 9. Beat yolks with the sugar 10. Stir in the sour cream into yolk mixture 11. Blend in the egg whites 12. Spread this mixture over the cake and bake for 15 minutes more 13. Allow cake to cool after baking 14. Then let cake stand overnight for best and easy slicing |
