Grandma's recipe. Eat them with a little butter. Yum! Ingredients:
1 cup mashed potato (don't add butter and milk) |
1 egg |
salt and pepper |
milk |
flour (enough to make a sticky dough) |
Directions:
1. Note: Handle dough minmally. 2. Turn onto floured counter and roll into a log. 3. Cut with a floured knife. 4. Use salted water for cooking. 5. Eat them with a little melted butter on them. 6. Yum! |
