German Cole Slaw Ingredients:
3/4 cups bacon, chopped |
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 cups cabbage, grated |
4 tablespoons green pepper |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1 tablesppon onion |
Directions:
1. Place chopped bacon in frying pan and cook until golden brown, but do not burn. 2. Add lemon jucie and salt; stir well. 3. Mix with mayonnaise and pour over vegetables; mix well. |
