German Cole Slaw
Ingredients:
3/4 cups bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cabbage, grated
4 tablespoons green pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablesppon onion
Directions:
1. Place chopped bacon in frying pan and cook until golden brown, but do not burn.
2. Add lemon jucie and salt; stir well.
3. Mix with mayonnaise and pour over vegetables; mix well.
