Yummy cinnamon sugar cookie!! We love these made in a 3 inch size cookie. Easy to mix, bake and EAT! Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 cup shortening |
2 large eggs |
4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups sour milk |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, shortening and eggs together.
2. Gradually add dry ingredients along with milk.
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
4. Mix together cinnamon and sugar topping; sprinkle on each cookie.
5. Bake at 350° for 13 minutes.
