Easy dessert recipe to take to anywhere. Ingredients:
1 c pecans |
1 c coconuts |
1 box german chocolate cake mix |
1 8 oz box of cream cheese |
1 stick of butter |
1 16oz box of confectioners sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat overn 350 degrees 2. Spread coconuts and pecans in bottom of ungreased 13x9x2 in pan 3. Mix cake according to directions and pour into pan 4. Melt cream chesse, butter in microwave for 1 minute 5. add sugar and mix 6. drop this mixture by spoonfuls into the cake batter 7. bake for 35-40 minutes |
