German Chocolate Streusal Bundt Cake |

A nice Chocolate bundt cake with a streusal filling. A little goes a long way Ingredients:
1 swiss chocolate cake mix |
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding(small box) |
2 tablesoons oil |
1 1/3 cups water |
1 1/2 cups flour |
2 eggs |
streusel |
1/2 c flour |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup coconut |
2 tablespoons melted margarine |
glaze |
3/4 c powder sugar |
1 tablespoon milk |
Directions:
1. Blend cake mix, pudding,oil,water and eggs. Beat 2 minutes. Don't over mix. 2. Spread 3/4 of batter in well grease 10 inch bundt pan. 3. Combine streusel ingredients. Sprinkle 2/3 cup of streusel over batter in bundt pan. 4. Spread remaining batter over streusel. 5. Bake 40-50 minutes in 375 degree oven. 6. Coool right side up 25 minutes. 7. Remove and drizzle glaze over top. 8. Glaze mix powder sugar n milk till well mixed. 9. Sometimes I add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cocoa to glaze, to make a chocolate glaze, just a a bit more milk. |
