If you love chocolate (and who doesn't) with a little crunch this is it! And so easy to make. This came from my sis, a great cook. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups coconut |
1/2 cup pecans |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 3/4 cups sugar |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Mix coconut& pecans together& set aside. 2. Put remaining ingredients in blender& blend til smooth. 3. Pour in 9 pie shell. 4. Sprinkle with coconut& nuts. 5. Bake at 375* for 45-50 minutes. |
