4 cups dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice |
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1/2 cup half-and-half cream |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all together, and roll into walnut size balls. 2. Drop into a light boiling to a simmer chicken stock. 3. Always try one first. 4. If it breaks apart, add one more egg to bind. 5. Different breads and dryness makes this not always perfection. |
