From the Conifer House in Flagstaff, AZ. - we make this every Christmas morning. Ingredients:
12 eggs |
4 cups shredded cheese |
2 cups cottage cheese |
1/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
pepper |
mrs. dash seasoning mix |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs. 2. Mix in remaining ingredients. 3. Bake (in ramekins or a casserole) at 350 for about 40-50 minutes. 4. Test by inserting a knife; it will come out clean when done. |
