Yummy (but also unhealthy) pancakes. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1 1/2 c milk |
1 c flour |
3 tbsp sugar |
1 tsp imitation vanilla extract |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 c margarine |
2 apples, peeled and sliced. |
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425. melt butter in pan. 2. Add apple slices to melted butter, return to oven until sizzling. 3. Meanwhile, mix milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon. 4. When butter is sizzling. Add batter to pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. 5. Cook 17-20 minutes or a knife comes out clean. |
