This cake is quick, easy, and the perfect way to use up some fresh picked apples and/or as a perfect ending for any big Oktoberfest meal. It is so good, you will want to make it anytime you can get good apples! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 cups peeled chopped apples |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, beat eggs and oil until smooth. 2. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. 3. Fold in apples. 4. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. 5. Bake at 350F degrees for 50-55 minutes. |
