Gerber’s One-Bowl Carrot Cake |

A yummy, moist cake that's perfect for helping to celebrate birthdays with little ones. The recipe is actually straight from a Gerber magazine I got in the mail. We served it at my son's first birthday party and it was a huge hit! :) Ingredients:
4 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
15 ounces gerber carrots (2nd or 3rd foods) |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 . Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Spray 11’ x 17” baking pan* with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. When cool frost with cream cheese frosting. 2. *I used two round cake pans to make a layer cake instead and the time was about the same. |
