Recipe given to me by my mother's best friend. After one bite you won't be able to stop eating! Ingredients:
1/4 c butter |
1/2 c flour |
1/2 c milk |
2 eggs |
lemon juice |
powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Pre - heat oven to 375 degrees 2. Place 2 T of butter in two glass pie pans. 3. In small bowel, whisk together flour, milk & eggs. 4. Place glass pans into oven for 5 min. or until butter is melted. 5. Take glass pans out and pour half of mixture into each pan. 6. Place pans back into oven for 17 minutes or until mixture has risen and is a golden brown on the edges. 7. Take pancakes out of pans and put on plates. 8. Drizzle lemon juice on each pancake. 9. Sprinkle powdered sugar on each pancake. |
