This cake from Georgia (it's very nice country near Black Sea, the Caucasus). It's very easy to prepare and good for taste. You can keep it for 3-4 days if you need. Ingredients:

200 gr butter |
350 gr flour |
100 ml sugar |
2 tbs sour cream |
3 yolks |
1 tea spoon backing powder |
stuffing |
3 eggs white |
150 ml sugar |
2 cups of walnut |
glaze |
2 tbs sour cream |
3 tbs cacao powder |
2 tbs sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix butter with a flour 2. Add yolks and sour cream 3. Knead the dough 4. Leave it in a refrigerator for 20 minutes 5. Stuffing 6. Bite the whites with sugar 7. Add ground walnuts 8. Cut the dough for two parts 9. To unroll one part 10. Put in the form 11. Put a stuffing layer 12. Cut the dough on two parts 13. Unroll one part 14. Put above stuffing 15.
