Ingredients:
1 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/3 cup(s) evaporated milk |
2 cup(s) pecan halves |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and milk in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until candy thermometer reads 234 degrees. Remove from heat. Add the vanilla and pecans and stir well. Drop single pecans on waxed paper and allow to cool. |
