Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
3 eggs, beaten |
3/4 cup milk |
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add flour, eggs, and milk; beat well. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool before slicing. |
