this makes about 2 quarts..just enough for my countertop ice cream freezer.. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 cups crushed peaches |
1 cup whipped cream |
Directions:
1. combine sugar and flour, add milk and cook until thick - stirring constantly. 2. cool. 3. add peach pulp and lemon juice - 4. fold in whipped topping - 5. freeze according to machine directions. 6. freezing time is not included since the machines used vary on actual times. |
