GEORGIA PEACH CRUNCH This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Quinn Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
8 cups popped popcorn |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar |
4 tablespoons peach preserves |
preheat oven to 275. |
Directions:
1. Place popcorn in large greased bowl then melt butter in small pan over low heat. 2. Stir in sugar and preserves until melted then dribble over popcorn and stir to coat evenly. 3. Spread popcorn mixture on greased roasting pan then bake 10 minutes stirring every 3 minutes. 4. Remove and cool before serving. |
