This recipe is from Paula Deen episode : A Fish Fry. It may seem different but Oh Man is this good. and I do love it with fish fry. Ingredients:
1 sleeve saltine crackers |
1 large tomato, finely chopped |
3 green onions, finely chopped |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a medium sized bowl, coarsely crushed crackers with your hands, should be big cracker pieces. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve immediately. |
