Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons molasses
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons jack daniels whiskey, whisky
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pre-baked pie crust
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, molasses, corn syrup, whisky, vanilla and salt.
3. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
4. Pour into pie crust and bake 40-45 minutes.
5. Delicious with whip cream.
