Garlic shrimp for the George Foreman Grill. Delicious, but be careful with the timing. Ingredients:
6 -8 large unpeeled shrimp |
3 tablespoons crushed garlic |
4 tablespoons butter |
squeeze lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the Foreman Grill to its hottest setting. 2. Take huge shrimps (prawns) and butterfly. 3. Mix the garlic, butter, and lemon. 4. Salt and pepper to taste. 5. Rub all on the fleshy side of the shrimp. 6. flesh side up. 7. Grill until the butter rolls off. It may be less than 5 minutes. 8. Test the flesh for tenderness. 9. Serve. |
