This pie is so easy to make. I always have to make at least 2 because my family gobbles it up so quickly. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1/2 c. sugar |
1/4 tsp. salt |
3 tbs, butter, melted |
1 c. light corn syrup |
1 tsp. vanilla |
2 c. pecan halves |
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350° 2. Whisk together first 6 ingredients until blended. 3. Stir in pecans. 4. Pour mixture into pie crust. 5. Bake on lower rack for 50 minutes or until set, covering edges with tin foil after 15 minutes. 6. Cool completely on wire rack. |
