Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl, stirring well. Add eggs, milk, and vegetable oil, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. 2. Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans, filling three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans, and serve hot. |
