Drowned Icecream Perfect for Brunch or afternoon Tea. Courtesy the Soprano's. Ingredients:
about 2 pints coffee falvor premium ice cream |
1 cup hot expresso |
3 tabp. dark rum |
Directions:
1. Scoop the ice cream into six small coffee cups or goblets. 2. Stir together the hot coffee and rum. Slowly pour the coffee over the ice cream. 3. Serve immediately. |
