Ingredients:

about 2 pints coffee falvor premium ice cream

1 cup hot expresso

3 tabp. dark rum

Directions:

1. Scoop the ice cream into six small coffee cups or goblets.
2. Stir together the hot coffee and rum. Slowly pour the coffee over the ice cream.
3. Serve immediately.
