From charleston Spirits. from the 1960's of the Bartenders at the Mills Hyatt House. this was mixed by Eddie matthews and servied at a luncheon at the Parklane Hotel in new York. The recipes were published a very long time ago in the Charleston Evening Post Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces bourbon, recipe calls for old crow light bourbon |
1 ounce kahlua |
1 1/2 cups half-and-half |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 dash vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. mix ingredients in blender with crushed ice. pour into tall punch glass. 2. decorate with whipped cream, curls of bitter chocolate and a cherry. |
