Supposed to be served cold. Zesty and refreshing! Use regular V-8 and salad dressing if you prefer less zestiness. It's like liquid salad!
Ingredients:
3 cups v-8 hot & spicy tomato juice
1 1/4 cups water
1 (10 3/4 oz) can campbell's healthy request tomato soup, undiluted
1/4 cup kraft fat free zesty italian salad dressing
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped small
2 stalks celery, chopped small
1/2 cup onion, chopped small
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped small
2 cups tomatoes peeled, seeded and chopped small
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a non-metal bowl.
2. Stir well.
3. Cover and chill for at least eight hours.
4. Ladel into large, stemmed glasses.
5. Garnish with cucumber slices.
6. This is supposed to be served cold.
