1 cup tomato, finely chopped |
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped |
1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped |
1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped |
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 large garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine the juice, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. Serve cold. |
