This is one of my mother's dearest friends recipe. We love it on salads & steamed vegetables. We try to always have this in the fridge. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons vinegar |
18 tablespoons oil |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
6 garlic cloves, crushed |
3 eggs |
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
1 pinch salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Mix oil & vinegar in a jar until blended well. Add all other ingredients & mix well. Refrigerate. |
