This is a really good smoothie. You can use your favorite flavor of sports drink. Ingredients:
2 cups ice |
2 cups grape flavored sports drink |
2 scoops vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine ice, sports drink and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. |
