1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed beef broth |
1 cup cucumber, peeled, chopped |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1 cup onion, sliced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
1 dash pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredinets. 2. Simmer gently until onions and celery are tender (about 12 minutes). 3. Chill before serving. |
