2 cups small cooked shrimp |
1 apple, diced |
2 cooked potatoes, diced |
1 tablespoon chopped celery |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
4 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Serve chilled. |
