This dip is great with pita chips or beef skewers. Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. 2. Blend until smooth. |
