1 tablespoon butter |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
1/2 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and sauté 30 seconds. Add spinach, red pepper, and lemon juice. Sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach wilts. |
