                    A very tasty pasta dish that could be a side dish or a main course coupled with some crusty bread and a green salad. Yummy Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 tbls extra virgin olive oil  |  
                                                3 garlic cloves, minced  |  
                                                5 cups chopped plum tomatoes (approx 2 lbs)  |  
                                                6 cups cooked campenalla pasta or other dried pasta of choice (approx. 12 oz. dry pasta)  |  
                                                1/3 cup chopped fresh basil  |  
                                                1/4 cup shredded parmasan cheese (approx. one ounce)  |  
                                                1 1/2 ts salt  |  
                                                1/4 ts ground pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Heat olive oil in a large dutch oven over medium high heat. 2. Add garlic and saute for approx 30 sec. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until throughly heated, stirring occasionally. 4. Add pasta, cheese, basil, salt and pepper tossing gently to combine. 5.
