Garlicky Parsley Mayonnaise |

A very easy, no-egg home-made mayo. Wonderful with raw veggies, or condiments for cooked potatoes. *recipe from alive magazine. Ingredients:
1/2 yogurt |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 1/4 balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 garlic clove, minced |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon parsley, minced |
1/4 cup cream cheese |
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a blender, mix everything except cream cheese until emulsified. 2. Pour mixtrue into a bowl and stir in cream cheese. 3. Check seasoning. 4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hour. 5. add chopped parsley before serving. |
