quick, easy hummus
Ingredients:
1 15-ounce can of chick peas, drained
2-4 cloves garlic, skin removed (to taste)
1 lemon, zested and juiced
4 to 5 sprigs fresh thyme, stripped from stems
salt and pepper, to taste
a few dashes hot sauce, to taste
1/4 c olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients but oil in a food processor.
2. Turn processor on and stream in the olive oil.
3. Serve with veggies and pita chips.
