quick, easy hummus Ingredients:
1 15-ounce can of chick peas, drained |
2-4 cloves garlic, skin removed (to taste) |
1 lemon, zested and juiced |
4 to 5 sprigs fresh thyme, stripped from stems |
salt and pepper, to taste |
a few dashes hot sauce, to taste |
1/4 c olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients but oil in a food processor. 2. Turn processor on and stream in the olive oil. 3. Serve with veggies and pita chips. |
