Garlicky Grilled Veggie Pouch

I love to experiment with food on my grill.One day hubby went to the store and came back with a bunch of produce...I was stumped and came up with this great recipe.Can't wait to fire up the grill this spring!!
Ingredients:
1 bunch red radishes
1 large yellow onion
1 large green pepper
1 large yellow pepper
1/2 c.olive oil
1 t.garlic powder
1 t.italian seasoning
1/2 tsp.each:salt/pepper
2 finely minced garlic cloves
reynold's wrap foil pouch (or you can make your own)
Directions:
1. Wash all vegies.
2. Snip 'ends' off radishes and slice in halves.
3. Cut peppers and onions into good size chunks.
4. Put all veggies into pouch and add remaining ingredients.
5. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.
6. Grill directly on flame for approx 12-15 minutes on each side.
7. *The radishes become soft pink in color and less pungent in taste,but all in all a great little side dish.
